Hidden Valley Lake Property Owners Association (POA) is now using Online Cash Management from United Community Bank. With this product, we will now be able to securely conduct our banking transactions online. With providing us with your account number and your Financial Institution routing number, we will be able to automatically deduct payments from your account to pay your Property Owners dues in January and July each year.
We realize security may be an issue; however, United Community Bank applies the highest level of security when conducting these types of transactions. Transactions through this Cash Management product use 128 bit encryption through the world’s leading provider of critical infrastructure and security services for Internet and Tele-communications network, Verisign Incorporated.
If you would like to sign up for this service, please contact the POA office at 537-3091 and we will mail out an Authorization Agreement form for you to complete and return to the POA office along with a copy of a voided check. Your payment may be deducted from your account on either the 5 th or 25 th of the billing month.
